The company is represented by its board of directors. The persons currently authorised to represent the company are listed in the applicable companies register and are available on request from legal@investra.io.

3. Registration and Supervisory Information

Company registration details, VAT identification numbers for the markets in which the company is registered for VAT, and details of any applicable supervisory authorities are available on request and will be added to this notice as required by the law of each market in which the Platform operates.

4. Responsibility for Content

Responsibility for editorial content published on the Platform lies with the service provider named above. Content supplied by third parties, including property Listings, is attributed to the supplying partner where required by law.

We operate notice-and-action mechanisms compliant with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 for reporting allegedly illegal content; reports may be submitted to abuse@investra.io.

5. Liability for Links

The Platform contains links to external websites over which we have no control. At the time of linking no infringements were identifiable. We will remove links promptly upon becoming aware of infringing content.

All content created by the operator is protected by copyright. Reproduction, editing or distribution outside the limits of copyright law requires prior written consent. Third-party content is identified as such; if you believe content infringes your rights, please notify legal@investra.io.

7. Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board except where required by mandatory law; see our Complaints & Dispute Policy for the procedures we do operate.

Where the Platform presents investment-related information, the notices in the Investment Disclaimer apply. Real-estate brokerage services in individual markets may be provided by locally licensed partners identified in the relevant Listing.
