1. Our Commitment
Investra International Ltd is committed to making the Investra platform accessible to all users, including persons with disabilities, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act) and applicable national implementing legislation.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA across the web application and mobile applications.
2. Conformance Status
The Platform is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA: most content and functionality conform, but some parts listed below do not yet fully conform. We review conformance at least twice per year and after each major release.
3. Measures We Take
Accessibility is included in our design system, component library and release checklists. Measures include semantic markup, keyboard operability, sufficient colour contrast, scalable text, descriptive alternative text for informative images and support for screen readers on supported browsers.
Staff involved in design and development receive accessibility training, and automated accessibility checks run in our build pipeline.
4. Known Limitations
The following areas may present barriers: (a) interactive maps of property locations lack a fully equivalent non-visual alternative — a textual list of results is provided as a workaround; (b) some older PDF brochures supplied by partners are not tagged for screen readers; (c) certain third-party embedded content (e.g. virtual tours) may not meet contrast or keyboard requirements.
We are working with partners to remediate these items and prioritise them in our roadmap.
5. Compatibility
The Platform is designed to work with recent versions of major browsers and with common assistive technologies, including NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver and TalkBack. Functionality may be limited on browsers released more than three years ago.
6. Feedback and Contact
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please contact accessibility@investra.io. Please describe the page, the assistive technology used and the problem experienced. We aim to respond within 10 business days and to provide accessible alternatives for essential content on request.
7. Enforcement Procedure
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the enforcement or market-surveillance body competent for digital accessibility in your member state. Contact details for each market are available from the national authority listings referenced in our help centre.
8. Preparation of This Statement
This statement was prepared on 2026-08-05 on the basis of a self-assessment supported by automated testing and manual expert review of representative user journeys. It will be reviewed upon significant changes to the Platform and at least annually.
